> Have strong knowledge of payroll legislation, processes and policies.
> Demonstrable experience working in a high-volume, complex payroll environment, with particular emphasis on outsourced payroll processing and the ability to manage, reconcile, and cross-check multiple data sources.
> Can collaborate effectively and build relationships across a diverse European network.
> Are fluent in English and the local language.
> Are ready to be based in Paris Charles de Gaulle and work 35 hours per week, with 12 RTT and 25 Leave Days.
THE TEAM
Our Payroll Team is at the heart of easyJet, working closely with employees and managers across all our European bases. You’ll join a collaborative group that delivers payroll for pilots and administrative staff, supports cross functional payroll activities and drives process transformation projects.
THE ROLE
Step into a pivotal role where you’ll ensure the delivery of timely, accurate and compliant payroll services for our pilots and administrative staff. You’ll be the main point of contact for payroll matters, liaising with third party vendors and internal stakeholders, and actively contributing to process improvement and automation.
> Oversee the production and control of 600 payslips for pilots and administrative staff.
> Ensure all payroll entries are made in line with agreed legislation and payroll calendar.
> Manage and monitor payment files including advances, salary deductions, payroll payments and social contributions.
> Liaise with external payroll providers and validate DSN reports.
> Serve as the primary contact for external organisations such as consulting firms and pension/insurance funds.
> Support automation and continuous improvement of payroll processes.
> Participate in process redesign and digitisation projects.
> Attend base meetings and work with management teams across the network.
> Ensure payroll, tax and social security compliance with local authorities.
> Reconcile crew variable pay and one-time payments against trial payroll.
> Produce Gross to Net reconciliation for payroll sign off.
> Escalate relevant issues to Head of Payroll in a timely manner.
> Own monthly issue log and be primary contact with third party vendors.
> Self manage workload to meet payroll schedule and SLA requirements.
> Complete transactions with pace and accuracy in line with the Payroll Timetable.
> Consistently review and suggest improvements to process documents
