What will you do as a Passenger Service Agent?
  • Be present at the arrivals hall whilst our customers’ baggage is being delivered.
  • Be responsible for welcoming our customers as they arrive at the airport for their return journey home.
  • You will provide supervisory support to our Third-party handler and make sure they provide a warm and friendly check in service issuing boarding passes and following safety and security procedures.
  • You will also assist at the boarding gates working with our Jet2.com colleagues and Third-party handler to make sure our flight departs on time.
  • Provide fantastic customer service to our customers.

We offer an initial 20 hour per week fixed term contract, which may be increased to a maximum of 30 hours per week during the season in accordance with the operational needs of the base. This is a rostered role that requires shift working, so flexibility is required. Shifts can start as early as 5am and include late finishes, weekends, and Bank holidays to support our operation.

No previous experience is necessary - however excellent communication skills being fluent in both English and Portuguese is required.
