What You Will Be Doing
As a Manufacturing Planner - Level 2, you will play a vital role in supporting program requirements through data-driven solutions and operational improvements. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in translating program requirements into actionable data trends, reporting methodologies, and deliverables.
• Creating and maintaining databases to enable efficient input, collection, and analysis of data trends.
• Synthesizing data from SAP and other sources into user-friendly formats to guide business decisions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement plans.
• Providing critical feedback and data to stakeholders to support key decisions.
• Balancing multiple priorities to achieve program goals and targets effectively.
• Working primarily on second shift and supporting overtime or other shift work as needed.
Willingness to work second shift and overtime as required.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with data comparison or validation
• Experience with Production Control, logistics or shop floor control
Desired Skills:
• Ability to problem solve
• Experience with programming or coding (Python, R, etc)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Shop Floor experience
• Knowledge of lean material flow concepts.
• Experience with: SAP, Rapid Response, Business Object, SFM, writing queries in SQL, SharePoint
• Experience with production schedules and work plans.
• APICS certified
• Demonstrated ability to create and present data and material information
• Experience presenting in front of leadership

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
