• Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements, support any of EH&S activities as required.

• Comply fully with all applicable governmental laws, regulations and company policies relating to the export and import of products, services, and technical data as they apply to the Job Functional Responsibilities.
• According to the requirements of internal departments, complete the procedures for the pickup, transportation, tracking, customs clearance and other related work. Including arranging transportation, Preparation and sorting of import and export clearance documents; tracking the transportation status of shipments to ensure timely delivery;
• Responsible for CIQ operations and communicating with foreign suppliers regarding the preparation of chemical documents and labels, and responsible for arranging DG /dry ice shipments transportation and DG import declaration;
• Coordinate customer customs clearance operations and transportation services with the sales department, analyze and organize customer needs, optimize transportation resources, improve logistics quality, and increase customer satisfaction, while assisting supervisor in controlling logistics costs;
• Track and manage tax /deposits and special trade shipments;
• Coordinate with relevant departments to file claim damaged shipments with insurance companies if damage occured;
• Responsible for the daily maintenance of bonded repair handbooks and logistics handbooks, and completing customs handbook reconciliation on time in accordance with customs requirements;
• To support customer as required to apply duty free and item exception according to government requirement;
• Participate in the KPI management of third-party logistics providers/brokers and coordinate with supervisors to complete suppliers KPI review and implementation of improvement actions ;
• Optimize and improve daily operating processes, improve standardization, efficiency and accuracy; improve the companys logistics operation efficiency and reduce the companys logistics costs;
• Collect and check logistics costs every month, and be able to analyze and organize logistics costs;

• Other tasks assigned by leaders.
