Essential Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-functional Kaizen teams in the application of Lean tools to achieve SQDIP targets.
- Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving teams.
- Educate, coach, and mentor team members on daily management, visual management, 5S, and process flow.
- Support strategic shop layout improvements by aligning the changes with lean flow principles.
- Conduct lean training and education for employees at the site. Has a visual presence on the production floor guiding and teaching employees on lean principles and fundamentals.
- Develop value stream maps for the product lines to eliminate process waste by applying lean techniques across the product lines.
- Support benchmarking of Lean Transformation at other facilities across the supply chain
- Identifies potential process improvement projects and executes on areas of opportunities to support the site’s lean strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 7 years of manufacturing experience)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Lean and/or Shop floor environment.

Travel
- Some travel (~5) will be required to attend training and Facilitate/Participate in Kaizen events outside Jacksonville, FL.
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
