Boeing Distribution Services is looking for a Lead Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lonate Pozzolo, Italy.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for performance of assigned program.
Maintain and create a professional yet personalized relationship with assigned customers.
Accountable for continuous improvement in customer program management tools and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal leaders regarding customer specific performance and execution
Manage, develop and retain talent within reporting structure.
Act as first point of escalation for customer issues.
Coordinate activities to support critical shortages/issues in support of customer requirements.
Support team on day-to-day issues and help to resolve problems.
Help to obtain and keep BDSI leadership informed of customer performance
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)
6-8 years of related work experience
1-3 years of supervisory experience
Superior customer service skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Team player, collaborative and the ability to multi-task Excellent problem solve
Experience in all MS office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) must be able to analyze and generate reports.
Has the ability to work effectively with internal and external management and customers
Able to produce desired results in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration or Engineering or Related Field of Study master’s degree
Experience in the aerospace industry
Working knowledge of export requirements and/or government regulations
Knowledge of basic financial principles
Work Authorization:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Italy. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in Italy. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labor sponsorship for any applicants.

Relocation:
