STS Aviation Group is hiring an IT Systems Analyst in Melbourne, Florida. This role is pivotal to ensuring the health, security, and maintenance of personal computer systems, server computer systems, and IT infrastructure for STS Aviation Group and its subsidiaries. As an IT Systems Analyst, you’ll provide IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and participate in projects focused on IT infrastructure, networks, and applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide helpdesk support for computers, networks, IT infrastructure, and phone systems, resolving issues promptly.
- System Maintenance: Set up, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, SaaS, hardware, printers, mobile devices, Wi-Fi, and VoIP phones.
- Infrastructure Projects: Participate in projects related to servers, networks, and applications, ensuring optimal functionality.
- User Support: Assist both on-site and remote users with technical issues.
- Documentation: Author and maintain IT procedural documentation.
- Equipment Management: Purchase and track IT equipment assignments.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suite.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory.
- Ability to support a variety of workstation configurations and mobile devices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ and MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional).
- Experience managing Microsoft Azure compliance and security.
- Familiarity with VMware, Cisco UCS, and HPE Nimble.
- Knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop, Veeam Backup & Replication, and Fortinet Firewalls.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle DBMS.
- Scripting knowledge in PowerShell or similar languages.
- Airline IT industry experience is a plus.
