Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience
Minimum Experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in a role focused on financials, reporting, and analysis
- Familiarity with IT organizations and IT budgets, preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to support department leaders with advancing and maturing strategic and tactical activities
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Experience with departmental budgeting and forecasting processes
- Strong facilitation and organizational skills; able to interact and collaborate with team members across different departments and functions
- Experience preparing and presenting reports and analysis to management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills; and strong skills for other Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook
- Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions, and review alternatives
- Ability to work independently when needed but also work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on common goals to achieve mutually beneficial results
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload, communicating issues clearly
- Strong continuous improvement mindset
