A. Position Description.
The contractor shall provide the Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command
(RSLFAC) with fully qualified Government Relations/Administrator of Saudi
Nationality Directed Manning Baseline to assist in the Government relations and
site coordination at sites within Saudi Arabia for the RSLFAC.
B. Duties and Responsibilities.
As Site Administrator he shall coordinate all necessary activity for
development of the site requirements and administration of necessary actions for the aviation program to ensure mission accomplishment.
In addition to communications with the local Commander and other
leaders, the Administrator shall communicate with the RSLFAC Head Quarters
for all administrative needs and keep the Program Management informed of
requirements and necessary support needs.
If other contractor personnel are assigned, the administrator shall
coordinate all necessary support needs and inform the RSLFAC Head
Quarters and Program Office as needed.
As Government Relations representative the Saudi shall update
passports, obtain license, coordinate payment of Government fees and prepare necessary forms for affecting requested government services.
The contractor personnel shall maintain secure storage of all government
documents.
The contractor personnel shall perform interpreting/translation of
government related forms and documents using in depth knowledge of
English and Arabic either written or spoken.
Shall be required to operate a computer and printer, typewriter, and
complete a wide variety of documents and maintain a database related to the
duties and administration efforts, to include but not limited to personnel
databases, flow charts, diagrams, or other mission related requirements.
Sustains computer systems applications as necessary to accomplish
required tasks.
Shall be required to operate a copy machine, fax, and other office
equipment as necessary.
Shall order and maintain adequate supply of office supplies and materials to accomplish the job.
Shall assist in preparing technical reports, charts, or graphs. May be required to write letters from notes or verbal instruction or take dictation as needed.
Shall maintain logs of official correspondence and may assist with
completion of missile related correspondence.
Prepares pouch mail for daily distribution.
May be required to perform training and maintain documentation, and
personnel records for the training program as needed.
Shall perform other qualified duties as assigned by his immediate
supervisor.
C. Qualifications and Experience.
High School Diploma is required or equivalent.
Bachelor degree in business management or related field is desired.
Specialized training with computers, database management, and
personnel records handling is required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in administration and/or computer
applications is required. Experience with human resource management is
desired.
Shall be fluent in Arabic, oral and written, and shall be able communicate in the English language.
All technical requirements may be waived by the RSLFAC Commander, but must be learned within a 24-month period on the job.
