Skills You Bring To this Role
· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science/Applied Data Analytics or Engineering.
o Advanced degrees and certification in Aviation Safety and Data Analysis will be considered as additional experience.
· Data Visualization: Ability to create dashboards and charts using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Python/R or Excel
· Proficiency in statistical methods (regression, correlation, trend analysis)
· 3 years in Data Analytics, preferably in Aviation Safety.
· Experienced in applying regulations and standards, performing audits for compliance, conducting root cause analyses, identifying and implementing corrective actions, and monitoring their effectiveness
· Ability to prioritize work, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a team player mindset.
· Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new environments, processes, and technologies, with a proven track record of rapidly acquiring new skills to meet evolving challenges.
· Excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, Flight Safety team members, and enterprise leaders at all levels. Skilled in delivering clear and concise briefings to senior leadership and regulatory authorities
