Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced Systems Design & Integration Specialist to join our team Chantilly, VA.
This individual will be responsible for installing and maintaining complex Electronic Security Systems consisting of Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Closed-Circuit Television Systems (CCTV) equipment and components as well as maintaining and repairing a large Siemens XLS-V fire alarm system.
Position Responsibilities:
- Performs product and component management to ensure technical viability and cost-effectiveness from the point where it is evaluated through implementation and support, to retirement
- Uses technical expertise to help business partners and others by answering technical questions regarding the usage, troubleshooting and functionality of delivery systems products to ensure effective implementation and usage of delivery system products
- Applies knowledge of computing systems to choose appropriate troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex, escalated delivery systems problems
- Works with appropriate product supplier for enhancements and issues not resolved in-house
- Chooses appropriate computing products and methods to ensure requirements are met for security, problem management, capacity/performance management and operational management
- Documents resolutions/analyses according to support procedures
Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years’ experience with designing and integrating Access Control and Intrusion Detection systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years’ customer facing experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Current Lenel certifications
- Security+ or higher certification

Summary pay range: $116,000 - $134,000
