Role Introduction
Reports to: Head of Digital Experience – Portfolio Management
This role is part of our Digital Experience Department (DEX), which is dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional digital experiences that are seamlessly integrated into our brand.
As the Digital Experience Portfolio Analyst, you will support the team in driving strategic alignment and optimizing resource allocation. You will also assist in maintaining portfolio roadmaps, managing dependencies, and tracking performance metrics. By providing analytical support and facilitating portfolio planning sessions, you will help ensure informed decision-making and continuous improvement in digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining portfolio roadmaps and managing dependencies
- Support the tracking and reporting of performance metrics
- Provide analytical support for portfolio planning sessions
- Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze data
- Help prepare materials for communications and learning sessions
- Support the implementation of prioritization frameworks
- Promote lean-agile mindset and agile principles in the company
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field
- Experienced with Product Operating Models and Agile Delivery Frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Experienced in supporting training, mentoring and coaching
- Self-motivated, active listener, able to share ideas, takes initiative to solve problems proactively and is willing to give extra effort to get the job done
- Strong change agent with good interpersonal skill
- Mobile and willing to work outside of your comfort zone
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; Cantonese or Mandarin will be an advantage
