JOB SUMMARY
Experience with database and large data sets. Must possess good analytical skills to draw insights and actionable information from ERP (and other sources) data. Detail-oriented in providing quality and focused information from data sets. Ability to learn new tools and applications from formal training, wiki or written instructions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties to include:
- Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Translating and simplifying requirements
- Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
- Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data
- Searching through data sets for usable information
- Correlating similar data to find actionable results
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
- Work with other associates to process information
- Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
- Work with ERP system and data to gain actionable results
- Troubleshoot data issues
- Support IT Help Desk solve issues as required
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance or computer science with 3-5+ years of working experience on data analytics.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities required)
- Coding skills in languages such as SQL, Python
- Experience with Power BI application preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques
- Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau.
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to set and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
- Experience with statistical software.
- Technical writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to QA and troubleshoot data.
- Familiar with Oracle database structure.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with machine learning and AI.

Competitive Compensation
- Pay Range: $83250 to $138550 annually
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program
