Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative coordinates across multiple functions to ensure on-time delivery, contract compliance, and exceptional customer satisfaction for turbine engine overhaul and repair services. Based in the Mesa facility, this role manages customer and internal requirements from quotation through shipment, supports financial goals, and serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, representing the company to the customer and the customer within the facility.
- Review customer requirements for all assigned orders to ensure they are processed and entered in accordance with negotiated terms and conditions.
- Ensure all customer orders are accurately received and entered into the ERP system.
- Coordinate demand scheduling with Production Management to align customer requirements with production capacity and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, administrative requirements, and other conditions while ensuring compliance with established terms and conditions from proposal through shipment.
- Develop detailed and comprehensive quotations for turbine engine overhaul and repair services, including accurate pricing and scope definitions.
- Manage customer account databases and maintain complete and accurate records for each account.
- Monitor and ensure that both company and customer requirements are met in terms of timing, pricing, and overall satisfaction.
- Review and ensure compliance with all applicable export control regulations for assigned orders and customers.
- Provide continuous status updates to customers throughout the production cycle, proactively communicating to anticipate and address customer needs.
- Coordinate internal activities across all relevant departments to ensure customer commitments are met on time and to the required quality standards.
- Evaluate and coordinate product exchange applicability for various exchange programs by working closely with Materials and Purchasing teams.
- Organize and plan daily work to meet deadlines and support multiple projects or activities simultaneously.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information while handling documents and communications.
- Operate office machines and equipment as needed to support customer service, order processing, and documentation activities.

- High school diploma or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a complex product line or service with direct customer interface, customer support, or internal sales responsibilities.
- Prior experience working in a professional role within a manufacturing environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Knowledge of standard Aerospace MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) processes is preferred.
- Experience with customer service, data entry, quoting, RF scanners, and material handling.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions.
- Capability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Comfort working in a contract-to-hire arrangement, with conversion dependent on attitude, attendance, and performance.

Work Environment
This role operates on a first shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work takes place in an indoor, air-conditioned environment within a professional office and manufacturing support setting. The position requires extended periods of sitting or standing, as well as some walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level. You may occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 20 pounds. The role involves repetitive hand movements, eye-hand coordination, and manual dexterity, and requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range. You will use standard office machines and equipment, working in a structured environment that supports focus, accuracy, and safe work practices.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
