Position Summary
Primary point of contact for customer issue resolution, Cross-functional liaison between customer and Parker operations.
Responsibilities
- Addressing expedite, escalation and order status requests
- Creating reports to understand customer inventory days of coverage
- Managing customer supply and demand requirements
- Maintaining customer portals and company ERP
- Forecast loading and analysis
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Commerce or similar preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in planning/scheduling and customer service/experience
- APICS CPIM Certification is a Plus
- Customer negotiations/de-escalation
- Fluent in both English / Spanish
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Intermediate ERP knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office /Advanced Excel
