This individual works closely with the Operating Unit General Manager by supporting activities of account specific resources. Ensures optimum compliance and efficiency for the WFS account(s) assigned. Effectively utilizes and professionally develops all WFS personnel and 3rd party vendors designated to account(s). 

Ensure that all personnel are following the WFS approved SOP’s

• Conduct Daily Dock, Facility and Forklift Inspections once daily.
• Conduct Weekly Inspections
• Conduct Monthly Inspections
• Conduct Loader Inspection
• Conduct weekly screening audit
• Conduct random checks on Badges, licenses and permits
• Ramp Inspection of aircraft arrival and departure
• Monitor Freezer temperatures and records
• Conduct safety and security briefing when required.
• Monitor CCTV, and investigate any events or occurrences
• Ensure that the GoPro download, and upload is done in a timely manner
• Maintain records of the following: K9 Daily records – 90 days, ETD Daily calibration form, Daily Scale calibration sheet, Daily Briefing sheet, Read & Sign, and X Ray Daily user check. 

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent
• 1 year experience in related field preferred but not required

• Must possess a detailed knowledge of the international cargo industry and regulatory compliance

• Remain in a stationary position 50 of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
• Walk short distances.
• Reach above and/or below shoulder.
• Handle/grasp documents or office equipment.
• Sit and/or stand for short or extended periods of time.
• Lift/carry/move objects, files and documents up to 10 pounds.
• Work in an office environment using standard office equipment.
• Talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
