JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join Airbus in Belfast, UK.
You will join the Manufacturing Engineering function for A220 production working in a dynamic and collaborative team.
The role will provide a comprehensive service to the team, with excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining customer focus.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM:
Liaising with senior stakeholders, partners, and customers on a regular basis working closely for the Head of Manufacturing Engineering function
Preparation of all type written work and presentation material for weekly / monthly reviews
Maintain shared drive structure and system housekeeping activities
Arrangement and preparation of management team meetings and events
Maintaining up to date document management and filing system
Responsible for delivery of identified projects
Co-ordination of audits when required
Support Business in the Community initiatives, including social & Airbus Foundation activities
Supports Order raising & Goods Receipt activities to meet program spend requirements
Organising and reporting on data
Involvement of projects and preparation of material
ABOUT YOU:
Communication skills and the ability to liaise with key stakeholders in the business
Able to prioritise a busy workload with excellent organisational skills
A high level of discretion and diplomacy
Ability to organise your own workload and attention to detail is also essential
Self-motivated
