Boeing Canada Winnipeg is seeking an Experienced or Senior Business Operations Specialist that will be reporting to the Senior Business Operations Manager. This position is located at our Winnipeg, Manitoba facility.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Winnipeg location.
As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of production reporting, including the collection, organization, analysis, and integration of data in alignment with our established management processes. Your expertise in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential in successfully delivering on Program commitments and priorities.
In this role, you will manage various projects within our organization, working closely with project teams to ensure that initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and meet their intended objectives.

Position Responsibilities:
Development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals for authorization, such as sourcing strategy for commitment of work, cost imperatives, deployment analysis and impact mitigation
Collaborate across diverse teams to foster a professional, team-based approach in solving complex challenges, leveraging member strengths and open communication to develop innovative solutions.
Coordinates and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business case.
Coordinates commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies.
Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case. Meets with leadership to gain approval.
Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
Responsible for generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other stakeholders.
Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in work statement and/or business analysis such as business case assessment, capacity analysis and rate analysis
Experience in collecting data, preparing reports, presentations and performance metrics dashboards to communicate operational status, project progress, and financial performance to stakeholders
Must be legally able to work in Canada
Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding controlled goods
Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
7+ years of experience in work statement and/or business analysis such as business case assessment, capacity analysis and rate analysis
Experience with preparing and presenting data to senior leadership
Knowledge of business plan and policy development
Experience executing strategies that support business needs and drive employee engagement
Post secondary education

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
