PURPOSEThe Business Analyst identifies and understands business issues and processes, translating them into clear, functional requirements. This role serves as a functional subject matter expert for both development and customer-facing teams.
The Business Analyst defines and documents customer needs, provides comprehensive test cases, and oversees thorough testing in line with SITAβs business processes. They validate and refine customer requirements by ensuring delivered solutions meet the required functionality, leading user acceptance testing, managing customer change requests, and helping customers optimize their processes through effective use of SITAs applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for our digital customer portal application
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from initial discovery and analysis through to delivery support and stakeholder alignment
- Partner with an external development team to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of business requirements
- Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios to validate that solutions meet defined requirements
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE- 2 years experience in business analysis including experience of building use cases
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSProficiency in SQL, Postman, and data mapping to support backend analysis and system integration efforts
Experience with ServiceNow and Salesforce is a plus
Experience producing use cases for a customer portal is a plus

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors degree or related field or equivalent work experience required.
