What are your contributions to the team?

As a Pricing Business Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing afterspanet revenue streams, ensuring competitive pricing strategies, and executing day to day pricing operations. You will:

 

•    Continuously refine and enhance pricing strategies across all afterspanet revenue drivers, including parts, products, labor rates, technical publications, mobile response teams, digital services, and cost-per-hour programs.
•    Execute the annual afterspanet pricing strategy, analyzing over 200,000 parts and 9,000 products while aligning with financial objectives.
•    Collaborate with pricing analysts to ensure the correct application of pricing models and strategies.
•    Take ownership of spanet-based pricing analyses, gathering insights, tracking results, and supporting execution.
•    Research spanet dynamics, collect benchspan data, and assess the competitive landscape, including aircraft manufacturers, suppliers, and dealers.
•    Contribute to the evolution of pricing models by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and implementing necessary enhancements.
•    Conduct cost analyses to support Procurement and Material Logistics, identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
•    Partner with the Sales team to develop customer-specific sales and discount strategies that drive incremental business and enhance customer loyalty.
 

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :

•    A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or other related field.
•    5+ years of relevant experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related field.
•    Strong execution skills, with a proven ability to manage projects with deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
•    A keen eye for detail and numbers, thriving in both independent and team environments.
•    Experience in data modeling, analysis, and strategy execution to support business decisions.
•    Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, and Power BI; experience with statistical analysis is a plus.
•    Ability to create and deliver presentations.
•    Strong communication skills and an open, collaborative mindset.
•    A self-starter mentality, always looking for ways to innovate and optimize.
•    Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
•    Knowledge of costing and pricing principles is an asset.
