About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Aviation Recruiter / Sourcer to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to break into the aviation industry, gain professional recruiting experience, and build relationships with aviation professionals across the U.S.
Responsibilities

Actively source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, internal databases, and networking tools.

Make daily outbound cold calls, text messages, emails, and follow-ups to attract candidates.

Screen applicants, review resumes, and match candidates to appropriate aviation roles.

Conduct phone screenings to evaluate skills, certifications, location, availability, and pay requirements.

Submit qualified candidates to Account Managers (prepare professional submittal write-ups).

Maintain communication with active candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.

Update and track candidate pipelines using the company ATS/CRM.

Conduct daily check-ins on candidate progress (interviews, onboarding, start dates).

Assist with reference checks, documentation collection, offer coordination, and onboarding tasks as needed.

Collaborate with upper management and support the recruiting team on various projects.

No aviation recruiting experience required — we will train you!
Preferred candidates will have:

Strong communication skills (phone, text, email, and professional writing).

Comfort making cold calls and speaking with new people daily.

Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and stay organized.

Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong work ethic.

Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, etc.).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Have (Not Required):

FAA A&P License, Part 107 certification, or aviation education (e.g., Aerospace, AMT program).

Customer service, sales, or recruiting experience.
