Job Title: Aviation Administrator
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive Aviation Administrator who is comfortable performing basic computer functions and willing to assist on the shop floor as necessary. This role encompasses customer service, operations, and shipping and receiving tasks. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of ERP systems, input information related to parts numbers and logistics, and initiate repair processes for incoming parts. Additionally, this position is responsible for coordinating the shipping of repaired products, handling phone calls, and inquiries from clients, and using ERP systems to provide quotes and information.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic computer functions.
- Assist on the shop floor when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service and manage operations.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks.
- Input information into ERP systems using parts numbers and logistics.
- Initiate repair processes for incoming parts.
- Coordinate shipping of repaired products.
- Take phone calls and address client inquiries.
- Use ERP systems to provide quotes and relevant information.

This is a Contract position based out of Londonderry, New Hampshire.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
