Our employees are not only part of history, theyre making history. Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking an Associate Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (Level 1). This position will be located on-site in San Diego, CA and have a 9/80 schedule.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Business Management Organization.
Essential Functions:
Sets up Integrated Master Schedule, monitors and statuses tasks in the schedule, run checks and balances for cost and schedule integration.
Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government guidelines.
Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.
Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.
Basic Qualifications for an Associate Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (Level 1):
Bachelor’s degree or have a High School diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and Special Program Access prior to starting, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the business
Familiarity with Microsoft Office being Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork, capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)
Active DoD Secret Clearance

Salary Range: $67,400 - $101,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current spanet conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
