Job Summary
This position is responsible for performing a variety of Accounts Receivable invoicing tasks including invoice creation, distribution, resolution, and collections.
This hybrid position allows for the incumbent to work 2-3 days each week in our Sensors Center of Excellence located in Largo, FL., allowing for the remaining days of the work week to be worked from home/remotely. In addition to work location flexibility, we also offer a 9/80 work schedule - which means we have every other Friday off!
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute Unit of Delivery, Milestone, Non-Recurring Engineering and Miscellaneous type invoices.
- Access and use Wide Area Workflow for the creating, submission and reporting of Gov’t invoices.
- Verify accuracy of invoices.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and address aged items.
- Work with multi-departmental POC’s to resolve billing issues.
- Work independently to ensure daily processes are completed timely
Qualifications
- High school plus 0-2 years of related experience
- Familiarity with accounting and bookkeeping procedures is preferred
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills/experience required
- Previous experience working in a DoD manufacturing environment preferred but not required
- Previous experience working with Deltek ERP is preferred but not required
