What You Will Do

• Facilitates in lifting, carrying and movement of fan-blades and turbine discs on the shopfloor.

• Coordinates the expediting and tracking of priority on the shopfloor.

• Provides and maintains the visual representations of production status.

• Supports the deployment of visual factory initiatives.

• Engages in continuous Improvement projects.

• Promotes Ergonomic and Personnel Protective Equipment awareness activities.

• Participates in the planning of part movement on the shopfloor.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Min Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplines

• 1 year of relevant experience or no experience who are keen or pursue aerospace industry.

• Comfortable in collaborating and communicate with stakeholders from various hierarchical levels and functional backgrounds.

• Strong attention to detail and posses the ability in taking initiative without needing constant supervision.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage responsibilities within deadlines.

Qualifications We Prefer

• A curious and learning mindset – we provide on-the-job trainings and certifications.

• Willing to work on rotation shifts and overtime on need basis
