•Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad hoc loss reports to aviation insurers using Riskonnect and insurer-specific Excel templates to support ALE and NACHA fee recoveries.
•Manage insurance premium payments across all coverage lines via COUPA and wire transfers, including international and foreign currency transactions.
•Support annual insurance renewals by collecting underwriting data, completing applications, and coordinating documentation for all policy lines.
•Maintain organized shared drives for Corporate Insurance and Risk Management, ensuring key folders (e.g., policies, renewals, invoices) are current and well-structured.
•Serve as system administrator for Riskonnect and EBIX, overseeing user onboarding, report development, and vendor collaboration on system enhancements.
•Update the FAA’s Aviation Insurance Data Management System with current policies, CRAF fleet lists, and aircraft values.
•Manage the Certificate of Insurance (COI) process in EBIX, coordinating with internal teams and Willis to issue COIs and auto liability cards for third-party agreements.
•Review corporate contracts to ensure insurance terms align with risk exposure; recommend appropriate coverage, limits, and language for leases, charters, and operations.
•Prepare a rolling three-month cash flow forecast capturing premiums, disbursements, recoveries, and reimbursements.
•Assist in the annual budget process by developing projections, completing finance templates, preparing variance explanations, and estimating future premiums with brokers.
