PURPOSE: In this role, you’ll provide analysis and reporting at all levels of the business, supporting both internal teams and external customers on marketing and partnership-related projects. No two days will be alike; your work will include managing and nurturing partnership relationships, collecting and analyzing marketing data, and helping to build brand awareness for Avelo. You’ll work closely with the internal Avelo team as well as support external partners, including municipalities, airports, and other businesses involved in Avelo’s marketing initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing competitor, financial, operating, and customer performance data to create actionable insights.
- Formulate media and marketing plans across all channels to drive sales and enhance brand awareness in a dynamic environment.
- Provide requested data and reporting from multiple sources, analyze and interpret data, and share best practices with the regional leadership team.
- Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships that align with Avelos overall marketing strategy, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to integrate partnerships into broader marketing campaigns and provide content for web, airport, and other marketing programs.
- Track and analyze partnership performance, preparing reports on key metrics and delivering clear presentations on partnership value.
- Prepare and forecast models for sales and financial performance, especially for Limited Time Offers or targeted campaigns.
- Recommend improvements to the financial performance of marketing initiatives and partnership agreements based on data analysis.
- Facilitate promotional programs including sales, giveaways, sweepstakes, and support on-site partner activations.
- Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms to boost brand awareness and sales.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or other.
- 1-2 years’ experience in related role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with specific focus on financial modeling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Prior airline industry experience is welcome.
