• This Analyst will coordinate all Ground Operations training needs associated with station openings, vendor changes, fleet changes and other station support needs.
• This key strategist is the single point of contact and liaison between the field and the Ground Operations training delivery team and also collaborates with applicable HDQ business units and training leadership regarding station support.
• The role is a part of the Ground Operations & Cargo team within our Airport Performance and Readiness group.

• Comprehensive management of all aspects of station opening, vendor change and fleet changes for the domestic system
• Coordinates with the Learning Development group to Identify and prioritize training program deliverables to support station activities
• Collaborates with vendor business partners, instructors, and training leadership to establish a training delivery plan to ensure effective station support
• Advances project progress independently without day-to-day guidance utilizing a process of continuous two-way feedback
• Assists with other initiatives that involve station readiness as necessary
• Works closely with the Ground Operations instructor group to ensure Instructors are set up for success and qualified for in station support needs.

• Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelors degree inrelevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of related experience
• Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Project Management or Program Management experience is a plus

• Intermediate or better proficiency in MS Suite, particularly; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint
• Must be a strong collaborator who can effectively drive for results
