Responsibilities Include:
Review, analyze, and evaluate information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures, as well as financial analysis.
Analyzing financial and payor behavior data such as collections and denial data, payor trends, contract offers, and financial results.
Creates programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data.
Responsible for the creation, implementation, and documentation of process improvement initiatives, including researching new data sources and analytical tools.
Assist with special projects as assigned.
Responsibility for preparation and review of financial models for business improvement opportunities and communicating results and recommendations to management.
Travel requirements include infrequent Air Medical national offices in support of education and guidance in regard to finance issues.
Perform other duties as requested.
Understand and provide visible support of Destination Zero.
Schedule/Location:
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Admin, Data Analytics or similar required.
3 to 5 years as a Finance/Business Analyst required.
Computer skills (MS Suite) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
SQL and Power BI experience preferred.
Industry knowledge (Healthcare, Aviation, Revenue Cycle) preferred.
Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done.
This position is designated Safety Sensitive for purposes of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act.

This role will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data about processes and results to support and enhance business performance.
This position requires a thorough understanding of accounting and financial principles.
