Job Description

As an Airport Customer Service Representative, you will be one of the first team members our customers meet upon arrival at the station. Your main responsibility is to provide customers with a seamless check-in experience, ensuring the lounge is impeccably maintained and fully stocked with amenities. You will need a keen attention to detail as you verify that all documents have been properly vetted, baggage screened, and customers are fit to fly. Additionally, when assigned, you may perform valet duties such as driving, parking, and retrieving customer vehicles, assisting customers during arrival and departure. Timeliness is crucial in this role, requiring strict adherence to time, attendance, and appearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an effortless and seamless check-in experience.
• Ensure the lounge is in top condition and stocked with amenities.
• Verify that all customer documents are properly vetted and baggage screened.
• Ensure customers are fit to fly.
• Perform valet duties, including driving and parking customer vehicles.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicles during arrival and departure.
• Maintain strict adherence to time, attendance, and appearance standards.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.

• Experience in customer service or hospitality within the service industry.
• Experience in aviation customer service.
• Experience in luggage service.
• Ability to handle intermittent physical activity, including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing.

Work Environment

This position requires wearing multiple hats, including checking high-end clients in for scheduled flights and carrying luggage to planes for loading. The role involves both indoor and outdoor tasks, requiring physical activity such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Dress code and appearance standards must be maintained at all times.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Gunnison, Colorado.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
