About the Role:Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment? As an Airport Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our high-end clients, ensuring their travel experience is seamless from check-in to departure. Your role will involve maintaining the lounge, verifying documents, screening baggage, and performing valet duties. If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Check-In: Provide an effortless and seamless check-in experience for customers.
- Lounge Maintenance: Ensure the lounge is well-maintained and fully stocked with amenities.
- Document Verification: Verify that all customer documents have been properly vetted.
- Baggage Screening: Ensure all baggage has been screened.
- Fitness Assessment: Assess customers fitness to fly.
- Valet Duties: Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles; assist customers in and out of their vehicles during arrival and departure.
- Performance Standards: Maintain on-time performance and adhere to attendance and appearance standards.
Essential Skills:- Customer Service Orientation: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in verifying documents and screening baggage.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and engage in intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Additional Qualifications:- Previous experience in aviation customer service.
- Experience with luggage service.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic airport environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
