Job Title: Airport Customer Service Rep
Job DescriptionYou will be one of the first Crewmembers our Customers meet upon arrival to the station. Your priority is to provide Customers with an effortless and seamless check-in experience, while also ensuring the lounge is in tip-top shape and fully stocked with amenities. Strong attention to detail is required; you are responsible for verifying that all documents have been properly vetted, baggage has been screened, and Customers are fit to fly. When assigned, you may be responsible for valet duties: driving, parking, and retrieving customer vehicles, and assisting customers in and out of their vehicle during arrival and departure. On-time performance is imperative in this role. Strict adherence to time/attendance and appearance standards is essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide Customers with an effortless and seamless check-in experience.
- Ensure the lounge is in tip-top shape and fully stocked with amenities.
- Verify that all documents have been properly vetted.
- Ensure baggage has been screened and Customers are fit to fly.
- Perform valet duties, including driving, parking, and retrieving customer vehicles.
- Assist customers in and out of their vehicles during arrival and departure.
Essential Skills- Service-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
- Customer support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality (service industry).
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience in aviation customer service.
- Luggage service experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing.

Work Environment
This position requires wearing multiple hats, including checking high-end clients in for scheduled flights and carrying luggage to planes for loading and unloading. The role involves a high level of customer interaction and the need for physical activity, including lifting luggage and standing for prolonged periods.

This is a Contract position based out of Destin, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
