ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITIONSUMMARY:
Performsreceptionist and administrative duties.
ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS:
- Greets vendors, customers, and other visitors.
- Manages and updates calendars as requested/needed.
- Assists with creating, editing and formatting documents, reports and presentations.
- Provides telephone coverage, assists callers and conveys detailed messages.
- Assists with handling aspects of travel and meeting arrangements to include reservations, set up and catering.
- Performs general office responsibilities including filing, faxing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Maintain office appearance.
- Stock kitchen/breakroom and communicate with vendor
- Assistant with internal events
- Assist with expense reports as needed
- Flexible within and outside of the office to ensure timely action to critical requests.
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Order and manage catering for executive and customer meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION,EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, ETC:
- High School Diploma or GED. Administrative certification/degree or equivalent level of applicable work experience.
- One year of office experience, including experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience making travel arrangements.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to accept direction and additional responsibilities from one or more sources.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to convey a positive and professional attitude towards staff members, clients and vendors.
- Ability to be punctual and to work additional hours as necessary.

Theoffice building where this position works is a typical office environment withminimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues in theimmediate vicinity of the work station. The employee in this position willexperience occasional outdoor exposure to heat, cold, and environmentalelements when called upon to locate personnel working inside or outside of aHangar.
