The work of an Agent Airport Operations may include any of the following: monitoring inbound/outbound flight activity, computer data input and manual revisions; prepares daily reports on domestic/international arrivals and departures, including FIDS and inputting all schedule and gate changes; coordinates with all necessary departments and contractors for all emergency and fuel stops at local terminal; handles gate control and charter gate assignments; notifies Sky Caps for requests of wheelchairs, etc.; prepares and collects directly or via two-way radios; updates the schedule as needed to ensure aircraft requirements are met; maintains records of all aircraft, flights serviced and services performed; monitors computers, telephone calls, and surveillance cameras. May complete customer billing documents. Comply with WFS site security procedures for assigned warehouse and other operations. Remain cognizant of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors’ activities and report security breaches, suspicious occurrences, or non-compliance with the site security plan to managers or via the WFS whistleblower program.
