- Finance Projects: Work closely with the Accounting Manager on various projects and initiatives.
- Month-End: Assist Accounting team in preparing journal entries for month-end close.
- Journal Entries: Assist in posting journal entries in the general ledger account reconciliations in the Oracle system
- Analyze & Improve Efficiency: Assist with testing the operating effectiveness of the corporate key controls, utilize excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- General Financial Tasks: Perform/observe physical counts of fixed assets from the corporate fixed asset sub-ledger
- Deadlines: Multitask and meet project deadlines
- Collaboration: Develop effective working relationships which foster integrity and respect
- Communication: Effectively communicate and share information, knowledge, and expertise with all levels of the organization
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Junior or Senior year of program
- Ability to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis
- Ability to pass standard pre-employment testing (background screen, pre-employment, drug test, etc)
- Ability to work well with others with limited supervision
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Education Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Accounting
