Job Summary:
The Corporate Credit Supervisor will support the Corporate Credit Manager with all departmental responsibilities including, but not limited to, supervisory oversight of staff, customer credit line decisions and collection of past due invoices
Principal Duties:
Assist Corporate Credit Manager with collection of past due accounts in all DFJ locations
Assist Corporate Credit Manager in reviewing A/R Aging periodically in all DFJ locations
Assist Corporate Credit Manager with monthly A/R reporting for all DFJ locations
Assist Corporate Credit Manager in analyzing bad debts account on a periodic basis
Review and release sales order on credit hold
Communicate and work closely with A/R and inside representatives to resolve customer payment discrepancies/disputes
Analyze customer financial statements to establish customer payment terms and credit lines
Perform administrative task and other ad hoc projects requested by management
Non-Principal Duties:
Fulfill NACM reporting requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
BS degree in Accounting or equivalent
Five (5) years Credit & Collection experience in accounting environment
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proven leadership abilities
Can work independently with limited supervision
Additional Desired Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish/French
Knowledge of aviation industry
Previous knowledge or experience in SAP

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position typically falls between $78,000 and $105,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for a sign on bonus or relocation assistance. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
